Introduction:
TAE is the most widely used nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer in biology, primarily used for agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA. The main components of TAE are Tris- and EDTA. During electrophoresis, the migration rate of double-stranded linear DNA is relatively fast, and the electrophoresis of supercoiled DNA in it more closely reflects its actual relative molecular. In addition, the TAE buffer system is also suitable for electrophoresis when recovering DNA fragments.
Instructions for Use:
This product is a 50× concentrate with a working concentration of 1×, and can be used directly after diluting 50-fold with distilled water. If precipitation occurs, please place it in a 37 °C water bath to dissolve it; this does not affect its use.
