The R&D team consists of senior PhDs and Master's specialists in life sciences, covering nucleic acid purification, protein expression, molecular cloning, and real-time quantitative PCR.


Nucleic acid purification series: RNA and DNA extraction from animal, plant, fungal, yeast, and bacterial samples.


Reverse transcription series: second- and third-generation reverse transcriptases without RNase H activity, preventing degradation of template RNA in RNA/DNA hybrids during first-strand cDNA synthesis and ensuring yield and length. Matching first-strand cDNA synthesis Mix products are available, including gDNA removal buffer options.


qPCR series: premix systems for dye-based (SYBR Green I) real-time quantitative PCR, containing optimized HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, reaction buffer, and stabilizers. Designed for detection of genomic DNA targets and cDNA targets after reverse transcription—such as gene expression analysis, copy-number analysis, and SNP genotyping—and suitable for various qPCR instruments. As a 2× premix, simply add template, primers, and water to a 1× working concentration. Benefits include ease of use, high sensitivity and specificity, strong stability, reduced operator error, shorter hands-on time, and lower contamination risk.


Gene cloning vector series: gene cloning is a fundamental molecular biology technique (isolate, cut, ligate, transform, and select). Our TOPO vector series covers common cloning workflows to meet diverse research needs.
