This product is a ready-to-use DNA molecular weight marker pre-mixed with 1x loading buffer, consisting of 6 linear double-stranded DNA. Suitable for the estimation of size and rough quantification of double-stranded DNA sizes ranging from 100 bp to 8 kb.
The 6 bands of this product are 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000 and 8000 bp, with concentrations of 100 ng of 750 bp, the other is 50 ng, when loading 5 μl.
