Introduction：
NG PCR MasterMix is a 2× concentrated, optimized mixture composed of NG Taq DNA Polymerase，dNTP Mix, reaction buffer and other PCR reaction enhancer. PCR reaction system can be carried out only by adding template, primer，water and mix to the reaction buffer, which simplifies the experimental operation process and reduces the pollution in the operation process. The advantages of 2× NG PCR MasterMix include high convenience, sensitivity, specificity and stability. It minimizes man-made errors during PCR operating process. Taq PCR Mix is suitable for routine PCR reaction, amplification of complex templates such as GC rich templates (>60%) and templates with secondary structure, and large-scale gene detection. Product of NG Taq DNA Polymerase can be used to clone TA directly, with the elongation rate from 1 to 2 kb per min.
